WoW Hardcore Casual's (MoP 5.4) - Valley of the Four Winds Rare Spawns and Treasure Farming Guide

Why should I farm them?
First things first, why should you farm rare spawns and treasures?
The answer is easy of course: Loots and experience!
Most treasures in the Valley of the Four Winds aren't very useful other than the Staff of the Hidden Master, but you can find much better level 86 BoAs in the Dread Wastes for casters... But, as always, each item gives you a hefty chunk of exp: 700,000 exp rested. If you manage to get all the treasures in Pandaria, it should add up to more than an entire level for doing nothing other than looting off the ground!
The rare spawns in the Valley of the Four Winds have a chance of dropping unique vanity items as well as ilvl 410 gloves of all types. Giving you yet another boost on the gear curve to help grind out those last 5 levels! However, there are better crafted BoE gloves you can purchase off the AH (ilvl 415 and 450), so it might not be worth your time farming these rares unless you are on a tight budget!
Where do I farm them?
Following the two tables below and jumping over to wowhead guides for more information, you should be able to easily find the treasures in pandaria! I highly recommend you do this with a level 90 friend who has a 2 seater flying mount, or if you've been a smart player and RAFed yourself, you can do it all by your lonesome.

Notes: the Staff of the Hidden Master is... really... really... hidden. I personally have such a hard time spotting the thing that I no longer even bother with it when farming for treasures, but good luck to those of you after the achievement!

After completing the Valley of the Four Winds rares and treasures, I highly recommend moving to the Krasarang Wilds for more goodies!
Good luck and happy hunting!
